Local Partnerships

Collaborations that amplify community-led sustainability and reduce waste, emissions, and inequities.

Upcoming Event — April 2026

“Green Roots Festival — Portland 2026”

April 18–20, 2026 — a community-wide celebration during Earth Month featuring:

  • “1,000 Trees — 1,000 Hopes”: planting 1,000 native trees at Oaks Bottom, Portland.
  • Creative Recycling Pavilion: volunteers and artists upcycle plastics into functional art.
